Terms: A $300/week deposit is required in order to reserve rental dates. Full rental payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. When making a reservation within 60 days of the arrival, full rental payment is due.

Cancellation and return of deposit:
Up to 60 days of rental arrival - 20% of total rental
Between 30 and 60 days of rental arrival - 50% of total rental
Between 15 and 29 days of rental arrival - 75% of total rental
Less than 15 days of rental arrival - 100% of total rental
